International Delivery

If the product is in stock, we typically ship orders on the same or the next business day. However, during periods of high demand, please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing.

In the event of longer processing times, we will notify you via email.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information.

International delivery is handled by DHL Express. The estimated delivery time is approximately 7 business days from the date of dispatch, but this may vary depending on the destination. We strive to ensure your items are delivered as quickly as possible.

The cost of international shipping is borne by the buyer and is automatically calculated at checkout.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs delays. International shipments may be subject to mandatory customs clearance in the destination country. The buyer is responsible for covering any customs clearance fees, which are non-refundable.

Note for EU citizens: Due to the ongoing war in Ukraine, additional taxes for EU citizens have been waived.

We do not ship to Russia or Belarus.
