If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to us within 14 days of the receipt date. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in new condition, and with all garment tags still attached. The cost of return shipping is covered by the buyer. A refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).

If you need a different size or item, please contact us to check availability. If the desired size or item is in stock, we can process an exchange. If the item is not available, we will provide a refund instead. Please email us at shop@themriya.com to initiate the exchange process.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, accompanied by a completed Returns Form. In some cases, packaging may be similar to the original. To request a Returns Form, please email us at shop@themriya.com.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s). The refund will be issued via the original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at
shop@themriya.com with photos of the defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue and cover the return shipping costs for defective items.
Shipping costs for returning the item(s) are the responsibility of the customer. If you are outside of Ukraine, you are also responsible for any duties and taxes associated with the return. Please apply the enclosed return label and send the item(s) back in a securely packaged box, including the completed Returns Form and the original sales receipt.
Please be aware that the product remains your responsibility until it is received and signed for by us. We are not liable for parcels lost in transit. For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend using a trackable service, such as DHL or Nova Poshta, and obtaining proof of postage. Please keep the proof of postage until your return is processed.
